4-5 days a week Monday through Thursday and Saturdays. Most students
train a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
No advance reservations
are required. Train on days convenient to you. No need to call
ahead - no scheduled days!

Six Month and One Year tuition
plans offer greater tuition savings.
Cardio Self-Defense Classes
are open for age 14+ on a convenient "pay-per-class" or monthly
tuition basis. (no karate
uniform needed for Cardio)
and Me, Tai Chi and Yoga
programs provide a full range of programs designed to
promote health, fitness and reduce stress for you an your

is standard. Family Discounts, and our 6-month and 1-year tuition plan (pay
monthly, semi-annually or in advance) offer significant savings.
No Long Term Contracts -No
While we don't require you to sign a long-term
contract, we strongly encourage all new students to make a personal commitment
to their martial arts study to reap the many personal benefits that follow from regular
training. Remember, this is an art - not an exercise class
or a seasonal sport.
Attending classes at least two-three days a week is recommended, but you may come
more often if desired.
